We are looking for a Strategic Planning Executive in our team.
Responsibilities:
> Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and unique selling propositions
> Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry
> Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with client goals and target audience insights.
> Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance
> Work closely with account executives, creatives, and media planners to ensure seamless integration of strategy into all aspects of the campaign
> Provide clear and compelling briefs to guide the creative team in developing impactful and resonant campaigns
> Effectively communicate strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams through compelling presentations
> Provide strategic guidance and rationale to support decision-making processes
> Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
> Proven experience in strategic planning within an advertising agency or related industry.
> Must be creative & pro-active
> Good at communication both in Bangla & English
> Good at powerpoint presentation
> Ability to take the workload
> Intention to work for a long period of time
